The Celtic boss stated he did not fear losing his job, maintaining, “The team is very near to things turning around,” despite moving dangerously close to the chopping block with a convincing setback against their arch-rivals.

A Second-Half Collapse Leads to Derby Loss

Celtic had led Rangers at the interval but a disastrous second period let Danny Röhl’s team to move level on points with the reigning league title holders. The former MLS manager, who was hired from the MLS, has now been in charge for six defeats in his last eight fixtures.

Röhl’s Cautious Response

Danny Röhl was cautious about a serious challenge in spite of what appeared to be a huge result. “Step by step, so we can gradually build something here,” he said. “The belief in the squad is outstanding.”
