The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Dies in a Los Angeles Traffic Collision
Vince Zampella, who helped create the globally famous franchise Call of Duty, has passed away in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California he was 55 years old.
His passing was announced by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, a game studio he co-founded.
The renowned industry figure passed away following his car crashed and caught fire on a motorway in LA on Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This represents an unimaginable loss, and our hearts are with Vince's family, his loved ones, and the countless individuals inspired by his creative vision," an official with Electronic Arts commented.
